Our policy does not state that orders are not confirmed or reserved without some type of payment or deposit. But due to high rate of orders we are currently not accepting order without deposit. Our deposition policy is 50% of the items you are ordering. We prefer telling the customer their order has been placed via whatsapp, then if they don't submit the deposit within the agreed upon time I send a message indicating their order has been cancelled.
